Have you moved? Please be sure that the Main Office has your updated address documented to ensure mailings arrive at your house.

If you have moved out of Springdale's district, you must go to the new school with your photo ID, mortgage/lease and a utility bill to register in time for the start of the new school year. Your child's records will then be forwarded. 

If you have moved out of Stamford, please send the office the new school's address and a signed SR7 (release form), so that your child's records can be forwarded.
